Patrick Mobley and Glenn Hagele have engaged in a campaign of unlawful surveillance and harassment against LASIK patients on behalf of Michael Mockovak. Hagele has acted as a “private investigator” without a license, in violation of Washington Statutes RCW 18.165.120 and RCW 18.165.150. Mobley has acted as a “private investigator” in violation of RCW 18.165.150.

The documentation for this complaint has been voluntarily provided to a LASIK patient by Mobley for the purpose of attempted extortion, and by Hagele who voluntarily submitted written correspondence to the FBI regarding Mobley. Other documents are a product of an investigation performed by the Department of Licensing in Olympia.

Mobley and Hagele have written complaints against each other in which they accuse the other of engaging in criminal conduct with respect to activities conducted against LASIK patients.
